DATA CONTROL // TRAPGRID
Delete your account
This page provides an external way to request deletion of a TrapGrid account and associated server data.
Deleting a TrapGrid account is permanent. It does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription.
Before you request deletion
- If you have an active subscription, cancel it first in your Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings to stop future renewals.
- Open TrapGrid and note the sign-in email or player identity connected to the account. Never send a password, payment-card number, or full store receipt.
- If you only play as a guest, local progress can be removed by clearing the app's data or uninstalling it. We may be unable to locate a guest profile without its installation player ID.
Submit the request
Message Parama on LinkedIn with the subject or first line TrapGrid account deletion. Include the email used for Google or Apple sign-in, or the guest player ID if available. You can also begin through the public contact route at parama.dev.
We may ask for limited additional information to verify that you control the account. Do not send secrets or financial credentials.
What will be deleted
After verification, we will delete or de-identify the associated TrapGrid server profile and submitted score records, and request deletion of the connected authentication record where applicable. Data may be retained only where reasonably required for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or transaction records maintained by Apple, Google, or RevenueCat.
Deletion does not erase data stored only on a device. Clear the app's storage or uninstall it to remove that local data. Store purchase and subscription records are controlled separately by Apple or Google.
