Who operates TrapGrid

TrapGrid is operated by Parama ("Parama," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms form an agreement between you and Parama. Apple and Google are not parties to these Terms and do not provide TrapGrid support.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to agree to these Terms in your country. If you are below the age of legal majority, a parent or guardian must review and agree to them for you.

You may play as a guest. Optional Google or Apple sign-in can connect your player identity and ad-free entitlement across devices. You are responsible for access to your sign-in provider and for activity under your account. Do not impersonate another person or choose an abusive, misleading, or unlawful leaderboard name.

License to play

We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use TrapGrid for private, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the rules of the app store from which you obtained it.

TrapGrid, its software, artwork, audio, game systems, names, and other content remain owned by Parama or its licensors. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

Ad-free subscription

TrapGrid may offer monthly and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions. The subscription benefit is limited to an ad-free experience: while the ad_free entitlement is active, TrapGrid disables its banner, interstitial, and rewarded-ad placements. It does not unlock levels, grant gameplay advantages, include coin packs, or promise other premium content.

• The price, billing period, currency, and any trial are shown before you confirm purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account.
• The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel through that store before renewal.
• Cancellation stops future renewals; access normally continues through the paid period.
• You can use Restore Purchases in TrapGrid to recover an eligible purchase.

Store rules govern billing, cancellation, and refunds. Removing the app or signing out does not cancel a subscription. Manage it directly in your Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings.

Coins and one-time purchases

TrapGrid may offer consumable coin packs as separate one-time purchases. Coins are licensed digital game items with no cash value. They cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged for money, or used outside TrapGrid. Coin packs are not part of the ad-free subscription.

We may adjust game balance, rewards, or virtual-item availability. Where applicable law requires otherwise, your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Fair play and acceptable use

You must not:

• cheat, automate play, manipulate scores, or interfere with leaderboards;
• reverse engineer, copy, sell, sublicense, or redistribute TrapGrid except where law expressly permits;
• probe, disrupt, overload, or bypass the game, its API, purchase checks, advertising controls, or security;
• upload unlawful, infringing, hateful, threatening, or deceptive names or content; or
• use TrapGrid in a way that harms other players, Parama, or a service provider.

We may remove leaderboard entries, restrict features, or suspend access when reasonably necessary to enforce these rules, protect players, or comply with law.

Availability and changes

We may update, rebalance, maintain, or discontinue parts of TrapGrid. Network features, ads, sign-in, purchases, and restoration depend on third-party services and may occasionally be unavailable. Offline gameplay data stored only on your device may be lost if you clear app data, uninstall the game, or lose the device.

Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrapGrid is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free play, or permanent preservation of local data.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Parama is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for lost data, profits, or goodwill arising from TrapGrid. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.

Termination

You may stop using TrapGrid at any time. We may suspend or end access if you materially breach these Terms, create security or legal risk, or if we discontinue the game. Terms that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits—will survive.

Governing terms and updates

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without overriding any mandatory consumer protection that applies where you live. Disputes should first be raised through the contact route below so we can try to resolve them informally.

We may update these Terms when the game, law, or our practices change. We will post the revised version here and change the effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
